If you are having trouble with a product you purchased from ISP Supplies or any other vendor, we are standing by ready to give you the assistance and technical expertise you need to be a success. Our support rates are structured for the occasional user and those that wish to employ our certified technicians for ongoing network upgrades and maintenance.
After Purchase Support
First 15 minutes or less: *Free
$125 Flat Rate
Single Incident Support
Up to one hour
No partial hour billing
5 hour block: $625
Time may be carried over an unlimited time
Time billed in 15 minutes increments
How to submit a support ticket:
Simply email email@example.com and a support ticket will be created in our system. We will contact you and take it from there.
