SMC PenCell enclosures are manufactured with HDPE boxes and SMC lightweight covers, which provide superior strength and are engineered to offer up to a tier 22 ANSI/SCTE 77 rating. The SMC cover features a lightweight profile compared to polymer concrete and a non-skid surface.
