Allows a wide variety of devices to be attached to poles, pipes and chimneys. Provides a stout 8 inch long pipe for the attaching device to mount to. Attachment point pipe is fully articulated in the elevation plane allowing for uptilt and downtilt if needed. Note: This mount has a larger pipe than an M-TOW
