The UPSPro® outdoor enclosures from Tycon Power® are meticulously designed for applications that require a reliable and flexible backup power source to maintain uninterrupted service to customers. By operating on 120/240VAC input, these enclosures ensure continuous operation during power outages. Additionally, they are solar-ready, allowing for the easy integration of a solar panel (TPSK Kits) as an alternate power source or to extend backup time. This flexibility ensures seamless operations even during power interruptions, providing peace of mind and consistent service.
Advanced Features for Reliable Power Management
Manageable MPPT Battery Charge Controller: The enclosures include an advanced manageable MPPT battery charge controller that protects against over-charging or over-discharging of the AGM batteries. The charge controller displays battery level, charging/load current, and temperature on its embedded LCD display. Moreover, charging parameters can be customized in the field if required, ensuring optimal performance and protection of the batteries.
Flexible and Secure Enclosures
Multiple Ports for Cabling Needs: Designed with multiple ports for CAT5 cables, antenna cables/connectors, and other cabling, the enclosures provide flexibility for various wiring needs. This design ensures a clean and organized installation, enhancing overall system efficiency. The enclosures also feature a 12/24VDC thermostatically controlled ventilation fan, which automatically turns on when the inside temperature exceeds 40°C, maintaining optimal operating conditions.
Space for Customer Electronics
Generous Space and 1U Rack Mount Feature: Inside the enclosures, there is ample space to accommodate customer electronics such as controllers, wireless access points (AP), customer premises equipment (CPE) cards, sensors, inverters, and more.
