All-in-one Active V-Groove Alignment Fusion Splicer Kit
The new KF4A-HDC Kit utilizes the power of the Swift KF4A, an All-In-One, active cladding alignment fusion splicer, with the HDCFT Accessory Kit, allowing technicians to install hardened splice-on connectors in the field. This powerful duo equips technicians to perform the major 5 functions systematically: stripping, cleaning, cleaving, splicing and protecting; as well as installing a fully compatible OptiTap® Style hardened solution, ideal for harsh environments.
UCL Swift’s fusion splicers integrate thermal stripping, cleaning, cleaving, splicing and protecting in to one convenient unit, reducing installation time and improving connection reliability. The All-In-One system provides an excellent working platform for high productivity.
