Our WS-POES-8-7 is a unique multi-voltage PoE passive injector with integrated 8 port fast ethernet switch provides both 802.3af and passive PoE devices with data and power up to 120 watts.

Mode A provides always-on power to any 802.3af or 48 volt device such as PoE Cameras, WiFi-Access Points, and IP Phones. Mode B powers devices like those from Ubiquiti, Mikrotik, OpenMesh – typically at 24 volts, or is used for redundant power to 802.3af devices at 48 volts.

Use your existing power supply or purchase any of our power supplies, from 12 to 56 volts and 12 to 120 watts. The switch itself uses less than 2 watts (great for battery operation) and has two standard 2.1mm DC input jacks (one for Mode A and one for Mode B) with status lights indicating the power source.

You can also power this PoE switch remotely via the PoE+Data uplink port or mix Mode A and Mode B devices in one switch. Each port has both PoE modes, and 2 self resetting fuses. Use our rack mount for two in a 1U high rack for 14 PoE ports.
