Then click on “Credit Application”

Please follow the steps to complete the credit application form ensuring to fill out all needed information fields for fast approval of credit payment terms.

Add your Tax
Exemption Certificate

If you are Tax Exempt you can add your Tax Exemption Certificate to each applicable address on your account.
To add your exemption please log in to your account. On the “My Account” section please click on “Settings”, then “Adress Book”. Then scroll down to the “Exemption Management” section, select the tax exemption address from the drop down box, then click on “Add Exemption”. The system will send you a personalized link to your main login email address. Please click on that provided link & follow the prompts to add your Sales Tax Exemption Form to that selected address. Please note that the exemption process must be completed for each address it applies to.
