Payment Instructions for Serrala/Payference

Account Set-Up
If you are a term customer, your account has been set up by us, and you should have received an email notification.
To access your Serrala/Payference account for the first time, follow these steps:
- Go to the Login Page.
- Click on the "Forgot Password" link.
- Follow the instructions to reset your password.
- Use your email and new password to log in.
View Pending and Paid Payments
Before paying an invoice, review your previous payments. If a payment is pending, the associated invoice will still show as open.
- Go to "Serrala/Payference Payments."
- View all settled/paid, and pending payments.
Check pending and paid invoices in 'Serrala/Payference Payments' for updated payment status.
Pay an Invoice
Follow these steps to pay an invoice:
- Go to "Invoice List."
- Select the open invoices by checking the box next to each invoice.
- Click the "Pay" button.
- Select Payment Currency (optional)
- Review your selected invoices and click "Review & Pay."
- Choose a payment option:
Select invoices, review, and choose a payment option to pay in 'Invoice List.'
Select the open invoices by checking the box next to each invoice.
Review your selected invoices and click "Review & Pay."

Pay from Bank Account
- Select "Pay from Bank."
- Review the total invoice amount and any applicable charges.
- Click "Pay ${YOUR AMOUNT}" (e.g., "Pay $2003.81").
- Choose one of the following verification options:
- Instant Verification: Search for your bank and follow the prompts.
- Manual Entry: Click "Enter bank details manually instead" and input your routing and account numbers. Confirm and click "Continue."
- If entering bank details manually, complete the penny-deposit verification:
- Look for an email from Stripe titled "Confirmation of direct debit authorization for WAV LLC" or "Reminder: Verify your bank account for WAV LLC."
- Check your spam/junk folder if needed.
- Confirm the small DEBIT and CREDIT amounts deposited in your account.
- Follow the email instructions to verify your bank account.
Pay from Bank by reviewing the amount, selecting verification, and completing bank account verification.
Select 'Enter bank details manually instead' to enter your bank details and continue.
Credit Memos
Click the Credit Memos tab to see if you have credits. If so – you will need to adjust the amount to be paid to reflect the credits you have on account. Please forward an email to our Accounts Receivable department to let us know to use the credits to offset against the payment. ar@wavonline.com. You can also add a note to the payment – “Using Credit Memo number”
Apply credits and inform Accounts Receivable using Credit Memo number.
