We need to share an important update related specifically to TP-Link, Ubiquiti, Ruckus, and ICX products. These manufacturers all have strict policies in place that do not allow their authorized distributors (including us) to sell these products to customers who resell on online channels (including, but not limited to, online marketplaces such as Walmart and Amazon).
Because this is a manufacturer-imposed requirement, we regret that we are unable to add the TP-Link, Ubiquiti, Ruckus, and/or ICX items to your order at this time.
Please know this decision is not a reflection of your business, we value you as a customer and completely understand the role that marketplace platforms play in many sales strategies. This is simply a rule we are required to follow as part of our authorized distribution agreements with these brands.
We would be more than happy to:
- Help you identify alternative product lines that are approved for Amazon or Walmart resale, or
- Work with you on future orders if your sales channels change
