Adtran Total Access 5000 GPON OLT 8-Port SFP Access Module

The Adtran Total Access 5000 GPON OLT access module allows operators to increase their serving area by utilizing optical capabilities to reach up to 40km on a single passive optical network (PON).

• Eight, G.984 compliant, GPON SFP interfaces
• 2.488 Gbps downstream (with rate limiting) and 1.244 Gbps upstream rates
• Front panel LEDs for Power, Alarm, Test and PON 1 – PON 8 Link status
• Enet GEM encapsulation for all services, including video, voice, and T1 transport
• Internet Protocol Television (IPTV)
• Voice Protocol (dependent on ONT):
  • GR-303
  • TR-008
  • SIP
  • MGCP
• Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE)
• MAC address manual deletion from OLT MAC table
• Supports all ONTs marked for upgrade using a single command for each PON
• Allows upstream and downstream rates to be configured to any whole value up to the PON’s physical rate
• IPTV on any Ethernet Port on the ONT
• 8X OLT meets all applicable domestic and international compliance requirements including the following:
