The ENC-PL-11x7x6 outdoor enclosures from Tycon Systems® cater to applications that require a lightweight, sturdy, weatherproof, and RF transparent solution to house various electronics. Featuring a hinged door with gasket seals, these enclosures ensure reliable protection. The toggle clamps secure the door effectively, and the included combination lock provides added security for the contents inside.
Interior Features
Flexible Mounting Options: Inside the enclosure, a perforated universal ABS backplate allows for flexible mounting of customer devices using a #8 sheet metal screw. This feature ensures that you can easily install and organize your electronic components as needed.
Versatile Mounting Options
Wall or Pole Mounting: You can mount the enclosure on walls or poles using the included hardware. The pole mounting supports poles with up to a 4-inch diameter. For larger diameter poles, you can use commercially available stainless steel straps to fit almost any diameter. This versatility makes the enclosure suitable for a wide range of installation scenarios.
Cable Management and Entry
Weatherproof Cable Entry/Exit: The enclosure comes with four 20mm holes equipped with weatherproof plugs. These holes can serve as feedthroughs for cables and wires by using appropriate cable glands or conduit fittings. This feature maintains the enclosure’s integrity and protection against environmental elements.
